Favorite restaurant in Rome!

You have to try it!
We had a wonderful dining experience at Copasso! Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor, but the highlights of the evening were definitely the truffle pasta and the octopus—both were absolutely outstanding. The truffle pasta was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, while the octopus was tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Un Superbe Dîner
Première soirée à Rome, et quelle belle surprise ! Dîner en terrasse dans une ambiance très agréable, avec des plats italiens extrêmement bien réalisés. Delicious and celiac friendly.

Do believe the hype!
We arrived at the restaurant (without a reservation) and even though they were busy the maitre de arranged us a table. (Would recommend booking ahead as other customers had to be turned away). The atmosphere was wonderful and the staff very attentive. The food was delicious and the wine list extensive. Would highly recommend the sea scallops, the fried basket, fig and pork cheek pasta and the saltimbocca. We dined at our leisure and enjoyed a thoroughly good service from start to finish. CiPASSO was recommended to us by a Roman friend. While it was full of tourists given the location, the staff was super warm and welcoming and the food was delicious. While I appreciate the Roman classics, it was nice to have a break in the way of unique dishes prepared with top ingredients. Absolutely wonderful experience at Cipasso! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of authentic Italian flavor. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, but what truly made our evening exceptional was our server, Anoop. He was fantastic—attentive, friendly, professional, and genuinely made us feel welcome. His excellent service made the entire experience even more memorable. Highly recommend Cipasso, and if you have the chance, ask for Anoop!
