We had a wonderful dining experience at Copasso! Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor, but the highlights of the evening were definitely the truffle pasta and the octopus—both were absolutely outstanding. The truffle pasta was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, while the octopus was tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere made for a relaxed and memorable evening. We would happily return the next time we’re in Rome. We arrived at the restaurant (without a reservation) and even though they were busy the maitre de arranged us a table. (Would recommend booking ahead as other customers had to be turned away). The atmosphere was wonderful and the staff very attentive. The food was delicious and the wine list extensive. Would highly recommend the sea scallops, the fried basket, fig and pork cheek pasta and the saltimbocca. We dined at our leisure and enjoyed a thoroughly good service from start to finish. The perfect end to a wonderful, food filled break away.

This is our favourite spot in Rome. Excellent food, great choice of wine and amazing service. My friend from NYC recommended this restaurant. I had the pasta with butter and black truffles as well as the pork entree. The wine parings the waiter suggested were fantastic. Probably my best meal in Rome. My wife and I celebrated my birthday here, and it was an exceptional experience in terms of both service and flavor. The highlights of our meal: Starters: The sea scallops were absolutely delicious, a perfect way to start. Main Courses: We had the squid and the chef’s special shrimp pasta. Both were cooked to perfection. Dessert: You cannot leave without trying the tiramisu; it was legendary! We also had a minor mix-up with our order, but the staff handled it incredibly professionally and corrected it in no time. A huge thank you for the birthday song as well; it made the night extra special. Je trouve que la réputation de ce resto est un peu surfaite. Le service était impeccable et c’était délicieux mais la constance dans la présentation des plats n’est pas la même malheureusement. Mon entrée de fish carpacio était superbe et exquise mais, mon plat de pâtes aux truffes était présenté sans finesse et dans une assiette grotesque, cependant les pâtes étaient délicieuse.
