Christmas at CiPASSO! 

Our team had an extraordinary Christmas lunch at theAzienda Agricola Marco Carpinetiand immerse yourself in a unique culinary experience in the warm and cosy atmosphere of a family.

This beautiful location in Cori, in the province of Latinawas much appreciated by our team for the connection between the good food, the pairing of a wine for each course, and the warmth of the day itself.

A journey food and wine unforgettable from starter to dessert, each course was a celebration of authentic flavours and local culinary traditions.

The hospitality of Marco Carpineti and his team added a personal touch to our lunch, making us feel not just guests, but an integral part of their farming family. The informal but refined atmosphere fostered joyful and convivial moments shared between our team members.

In addition, the company's breathtaking location, surrounded by the beauty of nature, helped make this special day even more atmospheric. From the verdant hills to the well-tended vineyards, every detail contributed to creating a magical setting for our Christmas lunch.

It was a moment of sharingappreciation and gratitude, which made the Christmas of our team an unforgettable and meaningful experience.

The day started with some team building that helped to both entertain and unite the team.

Subsequently Aurica and Oleg they reserved a surprise for the team: under the tree there were several gifts that each of us received by fishing. The result? Lots of smiles, pleasant little thoughts from which each team member was able to find an insight into their own growth!

After the fabulous lunch, peppered with good thoughts shared and a lot of satisfaction, came the visit to the cellar, a time to solidify the knowledge of our Sommelier about the company's wines and to arouse the curiosity of other team members CiPASSOboth from the hall, the kitchen and the office.
