Aurica, born into a poor family and an academic degree in hand, never gave up in the face of difficulties and failures.

Oleg, who started out as a bartender's helper, became manager of important venues in the centre of Rome, climbing the heights of the catering world with a unique and revolutionary vision.

Together, they turned their vision into reality, creating CiPASSO, a restaurant that reached the top on TripAdvisor in just three months among more than 10,000 restaurants in Rome.

A mosaic of talents: from the manager to the maître, from the waiters to the sommeliers, from the expert chef to the creative sous-chefs, not forgetting our pastry chef d'art and the helpers, the kitchen commis full of enthusiasm. Together, we work to give the best of Romein a culinary journey that will touch the hearts of our guests.
