How important is it to have a united and happy team? 

These days, the entire team of CiPASSO gathered in the 'Locanda del Pontefice', a luxury hotel in the beautiful setting of the Roman Castles, overlooking Lake Albano, to carry out Team Building activities.

In an atmosphere of peace and serenity, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, the team spent two intense days full of surprises!

Holders Oleg and Aurica excited the team by telling their story and their difficult life paths, from the darkest moments to the happy ending called CiPASSO.
A demonstration of courage, willpower, perseverance and love, essential to achieve any goal, any dream.

The boys were able to strengthen their understandingto get to know each other better, to share their ideas and points of view.

In a happy and carefree atmosphere, thanks to the professionalism of three super coaches Marco Gamberini, Andrea Cosentino and Stefano Rofena the team played training games and group activities, but there were also moments of discussion, in which each member expressed their thoughts and shared their experiences and feelings.

Two days in which the awareness of being a united team with certain principles, values and a common goal reinforced the idea that CiPASSO is not just a workplace but a big family.
A family in which we help each other, all rowing in the same direction.
