On Tuesday, 16 July, we spent an extraordinary day of team building with Coach Andrea Cosentino and his staff (Emanuele Scarantino - Oronzo Nardelli - Michele Dambra), and we want to tell you what a great experience we had.

The day started with a good coffee break where we all gathered to prepare for the activities, a perfect time to exchange first impressions and get energized!!!
After this convivial moment, we started the different activities, which were intense and engaging.
We participated in group games and dynamic activities that strengthened our team spirit.
The whole team was happy, amused but also intrigued by the nice dynamics that were gradually created through the activities proposed by the coaches.

One of the most meaningful moments was sharing personal stories and reflecting on what we can improve as a team. The discussions allowed us to grow and better understand the internal dynamics and get to know the people we work with better!

Around 13:00 there was a short but delicious lunch break, which gave us the opportunity to recharge our batteries and enthusiastically continue with the afternoon's activities.

The second part of team building was devoted to further group exercises and games, which continued to create an environment of trust and cooperation. 

The day ended with a final aperitif and toast, celebrating the achievements and the strengthened bond between us all. A perfect way to end a successful day and look forward with optimism.

Thanks to all participants for their enthusiasm and commitment. And a special thanks to coach @andycosentino and his assistants for their guidance and support. We are ready to put into practice what we have learnt and continue to grow together as a team.
