The perfect location

The sea, the smell of summer, the sand under our feet: yesterday at the Nautin Club in Passoscuro we experienced something special. It was not just a party, it was a long-awaited, desired moment. A day born from the need to be togetherto look each other in the eye away from the routine, to remind ourselves that before being colleagues, we are people. People who share dreams, sacrifices and visions.

 

Between smiles and flavours of the sea

The day began with sincere smiles and a few shots that captured hugs and complicity. Then the seafood buffet kicked in: fresh oysters, samples that smelled of waves and care. Around the tables, light chatter and heartfelt toasts. Laughter that arose spontaneously, as between friends who meet again. Because, after all, that is what we are.

Words that remain: the evening's speeches

Between courses, the sound of the sea merged with something even deeper: words.
Oleg opened his heart, telling of how grateful he is for the journey he has made: "Luck does not happen to us: we choose it. Each of us chose to be here. I started my journey from Moldova, the poorest country in Europe, and today I am here with you, in an environment we wanted to be kind, smiling, authentic."
He thanked those who walked beside him, those who fought and continue to fight every day. He shared a concrete and symbolic goal: CiPASSO is now among the top 10 restaurants on TripAdvisor in Rome.

Loristhe Director, collected emotions and turned them into strength: 'I have learnt to live with my emotionality, but it is what I see every day in our team that gives me energy. Every sacrifice has built the prosperity we experience today.”

Chef Adriano enthusiastically shared what makes CiPASSO unique for him: 'In so many years, I have never experienced such a respectful and authentic reality. Here there is trust, here we can be ourselves.”

And finally Auricaexcited, she recalled what it really means to build something from nothing: 'I know what it is like to be hungry. In 2018 we were working 100 hours a week, non-stop. But we knew that, one day, we would celebrate like this. With you. The real talents are you: every smile, every gesture towards our guests, tells a piece of our story.“

The party that unites us

Then, slowly, the music started to rise. The DJ turned on the track, the shoes disappeared, and the smiles took over. The beauty of seeing the whole team moving to the rhythm of a shared joy.
A pure moment, a celebration not only of work, but of an identity. Of what we have become, together. Of what CiPASSO represents to us and to all those who visit us, day after day.

The sea, sunbeds and that impromptu game

When the volume dropped, the day took a new shape. The group moved to the beach. Between chatting and diving, a game of football on the sand was born. Improvised, messy, real. Like all good things.
The laughter, the barefoot races, the sincere complimentsEach moment reminded us that we were experiencing something to cherish. Something to remember, to tell.

The CiPASSO Beach Party 2025 was much more than a party.
It was a journey in one day. A moment to stop and say: we did it.
Thank you to those who participated, those who spoke, those who listened. But above all, thank you to every person who, with passion, makes CiPASSO special every day.
