On Tuesday evening, the CiPASSO team gathered to celebrate Christmas and a successful year. Amidst toasts, good wishes and laughter, we celebrated our achievements, strengthening the unity and energy that sets us apart.

 

 

One of the most emotional moments was the speech by Oleg Grossuwho recalled how people are the special ingredient of CiPASSO. He emphasised the importance of a welcoming environment and everyone's contribution to collective success, inspiring a sense of belonging to the family CiPASSO.

In difficult moments, the group's closeness and sacrifice were crucial.
He emphasised how important it is to know that 'we are there' for each other and that, when needed, the company is also always ready to find solutions together.
