Every day the spark strikes between customers and our dishes!

Don’t get too attached to the menu though because it often changes.

We do not like monotony, we like to preserve the seasonality of our products to offer you fresh dishes of the highest quality ever.

The menu is designed by our chef Adriano de Angelis who proposes traditional Italian dishes in a modern way, following delicate preparation techniques that maintain the nutritional value of the ingredients.

What do you want to taste?

What about The most loved crouton by the Romans? Cacio e pepe, pears and walnuts, or the one with a fine pecorino romano cheese fondue and fresh black truffle.

The appetizer continues with beef carpaccio with berries, mixed salad and raspberry balsamic vinegar, red tuna tartare with avocado, very fine celery, black sesame and ponzu sauce.

Still in the mood for something tasty? Let yourself be carried away by the Mediterranean flavours of our citrus couscous and steamed prawns, seasonal vegetables, chickpeas and soft beetroot cream.

Do you want to sip a good wine and savour its taste with something appetizing? There is nothing better than a good cutting board: from that one of mixed cold cuts and cheeses, local, national and international, combined with dried fruit and fruit mustard, to the vegetarian cutting board with dried tomatoes, mint courgettes with almonds, onions in sweet and sour, ricotta with truffles and other delicacies selected by our chef.

Whatever your food philosophy is, we will satisfy it, CiPASSO is for everyone.

Here are our current proposals:

Orecchiette with datterini tomatoes, stracciatella d’Andria, basil and crunchy almond crumble.
Wholemeal linguine, garlic, oil and chilli with mussels and potato cream.
Ravioli with scented ricotta and pecorino with cheese and pepper with crispy artichokes.
Beef cooked at low temperature with spices and Cesanese red wine served with sweet and sour caramelized onion,
Fillet of croaker in baked sesame bread served with a delicate leek cream.
Mediterranean octopus regularly chilled with soft orange potatoes, tomato with fi t and black olive powder.

Get ready for the sweet seduction of our desserts: fresh ricotta mousse with pears marinated in cognac and chocolate crumble, shortcrust pastry basket with vanilla cream, raspberry and red fruit sauce, coffee tiramisu according to the house recipe.

No matter how much you already ate, there is always room for dessert.

Alongside our skilled dishes prepared with love and passion, we offer a list of the best Italian and international wines. Over the years we have created a selection of the best wines for each Italian region focusing, in particular, on wines authenticity and native grapevines.
