It is without a doubt the cacio cheese and black pepper.
A very delicate Roman pecorino fondue combined with an intense blend of 5 peppers, topped with walnuts and Abate’s pears.
Here, this is our simple but special crouton.
If you feel like sipping good wine and savoring its taste with something of appetizing, we have some fantastic boards with local handcrafted or vegetarian cured meats and cheeses, composed of goodies selected by our chef.
