Every day the spark strikes between customers and our dishes… and it is Love at first bite. We, however, warn you: do not grow fond of the menu too much! Our menu changes frequently, not only because we do not like monotony! The CiPASSO menu varies often and it is very targeted towards the seasonality of the products, with the aim of offering only fresh and high quality food on the table.
The menu is designed by our Chef who offers you refined dishes of the Italian tradition, revisiting them in a modern key and following non-invasive preparation techniques that guarantee a high nutritional value.

GOURMET CROUTONS
Try the wide variety of our croutons, where the bread from the Antico Ghetto oven is paired with gourmet condiments. Try the most loved croutons by the Romans: cheese and pepper, pears and walnuts, or the one with a precious fondue of Roman pecorino and fresh black truffle. Try the croutons with parsley hummus, sautéed chicory and aged pecorino, ideal for those who appreciate refined and decisive flavors.

Next to a quality wine to sip there is nothing better than a good selection of cold cuts that enhances its taste. From that of cold cuts and mixed cheeses, local, national and international, combined with dried fruit and fruit mustard, to the vegetarian selection with dried tomatoes, artichokes in oil, ricotta with truffles and other selected foods. Whatever your food philosophy is, we will satisfy it, because CiPASSO is for everyone.

Prepared according to traditional Italian recipes, here are some of our proposals: the fresh ricotta mousse, pears marinated in cognac and chocolate crumble, the chocolate salami with amaretti and citrus fruits and our spoon dessert made with vanilla flavored cream with raspberry and blueberry coulis, a fascinating mix of softness and sweetness!
