Every day Chef Adriano de Angelis offers simple and tasty dishes inspired by our territory.
The cuisine of the past joins that of the future, dishes thinked to light up the eyes, satisfy palate and caress heart.
Every day we choose quality raw materials, we respect short supply chain and seasonality. The recipes are designed to enhance organoleptic properties and to preserve the authenticity of the ingredients.
The menu is a true joy for the senses: try it and you will understand!
In addition to good food, we support the culture of good wine: you will choose amongst 150 wine labels!
We select the best wines from historic Italian wineries with a special focus on those from our region. If you prefer wines by the glass, we have a selection of over fifteen different wines including sparkling, white, red and rosé.
Our sommeliers are at your disposal to advise the ideal pairing based on your taste and the dishes you have chosen, but of course the final word is yours!
