CiPASSO’s sommeliers are at your disposal to advise you about the right drink combination based on your taste and the dishes you have chosen but, bear in mind that with us, you‘ll always have the last word!
You’ll be free to choose amongst 100 and more different labels from our wine list. Moreover, if you prefer tasting wines by the glass, we also have a great selection of over twenty different wines including sparkling, white, red, sweet and rosè.
The catering is our a mission: we offer a fast and accurate service, treating each customer with the most accurate attention and courtesy that those who choose us deserve.
CiPASSO’s chefs, waiters and sommeliers are professionals who are constantly updated about the latest news on the food and wine sector. We all follow specific training courses, devoting ourselves towards a continuous research of ancient flavours and modern designs.
